Millworx has a document storage and indexing system, which provides a means to attach a drawing, or image to a Job Item record.
Drawings and images, which are associated with a Job Item should be stored into the Millworx Attachments Folder.
A new ATTACHMENTS TAB appears inside the Job Item window.
Also, the Consolidated Information as been moved to this new tab.
At the bottom of the Job Items Window two modules appear. One is for selecting and attaching a PDF type drawing and/or document. The other is for attaching IMAGE type files with a file name suffix of .jpg, .bmp, .png, and others may be compatible. Therefore, each Job Item can have two attachments.
Click on the [PDF BUTTON] to navigate to the appropriate PDF and select it to bring the file name and full path of the file into the PDF ATTACHMENT field.
Click on the [IMAGE BUTTON] to navigate to the appropriate IMAGE file and select it to bring the file name and full path of the file into the IMAGE ATTACHMENT field.
Once the Job Item has been saved with the file name path, you can use the View Attachments buttons to view on screen or print the attachments.
